I'm a California girl who loves people.  I have the best husband and the cutest little boy.  I love celebrating.  I'll choose a day at the beach over camping any day.  Dark chocolate is the only chocolate.  Red wine in the winter, margaritas in the summer.  I plan events for a living.  I tend to become friends with my brides {and I'm totally ok with it!}.  I teach yoga and love sharing its benefits.  Whether you're planning a wedding or want to begin {or deepen} your yoga practice, I'd love to meet you! I'm sure you're thinking..."With all the vendors I have to hire for my wedding, is it really that important to hire a coordinator?"

Well... YES!  And here's why...

Planning a wedding is a TON of work.  You've probably figured this out even if you've just started the process.  It's such an important day and there are SO. MANY. DETAILS.  You're basically throwing a gigantic dinner party for a few hundred family and friends.  Oh, and you're supposed to enjoy every moment of the day and remember every detail.  Think you can do that while thinking about where the rings are, who's giving what toast when, if the cake cutting set your in-laws got you made it to the cake table?  Probably not...so that's where I come in!

Wedding coordinators coordinate weddings for a living.  While you have one wedding you're planning, we've done hundreds!  Weddings are all we think about.  We know the tricks of the trade and can assure your Big Day will go as smoothly as possible.

Since we do so many weddings we have great vendor relationships.  We can point you in the right direction of the best venues, photographers, videographers, caterers, florists, invitations, DJs, bands, etc.  And, maybe even more importantly, point you away from the not so great ones.

Even if you want to handle the planning up until a few weeks before, having a wedding coordinator handle things like vendor arrival times, ceremony and reception set up, and wrangling your bridal party to line up for the ceremony is quite an undertaking---and that's just the beginning!  Throughout your wedding vendors will have questions about the timeline or where your second cousin {the vegetarian} is sitting.  You don't want to hassle with these details during your reception.  A wedding coordinator can be the point person, someone you've discussed every detail with and can answer all those questions.  Allowing you to maybe, just maybe, enjoy the moment!
